BYTORV HORSENS
A project company established by Scandinavian Shopping Center Partners ApS (SSCP) acquired Bytorv Horsens on 15 August 2019 together with private investors with extensive experience and expertise within the shopping centre industry
Bytorv Horsens is a modern city centre on 2 levels with a very attractive pedestrian street location in Horsens. The centre has a total of approx. 16,200 m2 GLA (of which retail is approx. 13,000 m2) with an associated parking basement with approx. 150 parking spaces.
Horsens is a city that is characterized by strong growth both in terms of population and business. And with a unique location in the center of Horsens city center and pedestrian environment, good accessibility and status as the only covered shopping centre in the city, Bytorv Horsens has the potential to achieve a very dominant position in the market.
REVITALIZATION
Last year, a major revitalization project was launched in the centre - both internally and externally. With a total budget of approx. DKK 100 million, an extensive redevelopment of the centre's 1st floor will be carried out internally, where the plan is to add 2-3 new, large anchor concepts within the centre, including F&B and leisure. Primo 2021 thus opens 3 new F&B concepts: Dalle Valle, Café A and a Kebab concept. A significant expansion of the existing anchor store Sport 24 has also been completed, and during the summer of 2020 a thorough modernization and expansion of H&M will be completed, including an H&M Home shop-in-shop.
The centre's toilets will also be expanded and upgraded together with an over all upgrade of the internal centre environment, and externally there will be a modernization and renewal of the centre's facades towards both the pedestrian street and Løvenørnsgade with new large windows and a balcony.
The goal is that Bytorv Horsens, with the implementation of this extensive revitalization, will take on its natural role as the completely dominant focal point for retail in the center of Horsens.

Our marketing unfolds on all platforms - from TV, local newspapers and outdoor / traffic advertising to online marketing on various sites and social media. All messages and media must together help to increase awareness and not least the number of visitors to Bytorv Horsens.

SHOULD YOUR SHOP ALSO BE A PART OF BYTORV HORSENS?
From the first day after the acquisition, SSCP, as manager of Bytorv Horsens, has worked purposefully to create the foundation for the revitalization that will make the centre the most attractive shopping destination in the municipality. We have already come a long way, and although new shop concepts have already opened their doors to our customers, there is still room for more new tenants. Feel free to contact us if you want to join the journey.
